Our adult fitness class is a comprehensive program to get the adult in the best shape possible. Ages in this class range from early 20’s to 60+ and everything in between. Classes can be adapted to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and our coaches are skilled in providing options for each member’s needs. The moves in this class are functional-based with strength (barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells etc), cardio (treadmills, rowers and assault bikes) and core incorporated into each class for a total body workout.
